Request account deletion

You can request deletion of a Shipper or Carrier account and its associated personal data here, even if you no longer have the app installed. Sign in to verify ownership. You can also submit a request from Account in either app.

We review requests and remove eligible data. Shipment, payment, dispute, security, or audit records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons; support will explain what remains. Deleting a personal account does not automatically remove other users' organization records.
